The analysis and evaluation of the aging grade of asphalt binder is the premise of its recycling. However, traditional classification method based on viscosity and penetration takes too long time and brings experimental error as well. Compared to the traditional method, through the original information of the old material, the authors use analytic hierarchy process （AHP） to figure out its comprehensive service life, and then evaluate the aging ratings of the old asphalt binder which are quicker and easier than traditional classification method.
