对旧沥青胶结料老化等级的分析评价是其再生利用的基础,而目前广泛使用的黏度和针入度分级方法存在耗时过长、试验有误差等缺点。与传统方法相比,通过对旧沥青路面胶结料的面层结构、使用年限等原始信息的收集,基于层次分析理论推导得到年限计算公式并以此计算获得旧沥青路面胶结料的综合使用年限,用以评定旧沥青路面胶结料老化等级,既能准确得到与传统方法相同的等级标准,又避免了繁琐的试验。
The analysis and evaluation of the aging grade of asphalt binder is the premise of its recycling. However, traditional classification method based on viscosity and penetration takes too long time and brings experimental error as well. Compared to the traditional method, through the original information of the old material, the authors use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to figure out its comprehensive service life, and then evaluate the aging ratings of the old asphalt binder which are quicker and easier than traditional classification method.
