目的:研究β-catenin/CCN1在肝纤维化患者肝组织中的表达及其在肝纤维化过程中的作用。方法免疫组织化学检测肝纤维化患者及正常对照组肝组织中β-catenin、CCN1、α-SM A 的表达情况。统计学分析β-catenin与CCN1的相关性。结果肝纤维化患者肝组织中β-catenin、CCN1的表达明显增高,主要表达在α-SM A阳性的纤维间隔周围的肝细胞,其中部分肝细胞β-catenin发生入核移位;相关性分析结果显示,肝纤维化患者肝组织中肝细胞表达β-catenin与CCN1呈正相关。结论在肝纤维化的发生过程中,纤维间隔周围肝细胞通过β-catenin上调 CCN1参与肝纤维化的发生发展。
Objective To study the expression of β-catenin/CCN1 in patients with liver fibrosis and their roles in liver fibrosis .Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied to investigate the expression of β-catenin ,CCN1 andα-SMA in liver tissues with fibrosis and then analysis the relationship between β-catenin and CCN1 .Results The expression ofβ-catenin and CCN1 was significantly higher in patients with liver fibrosis compared with normal controls .Most of the positive cells were hepatocytes around the fibrous septa ,where the α-SMA was positive .More importantly ,β-catenin translocated into nuclear in some hepatocytes . The expression of β-catenin was positively correlated with CCN 1 . Conclusion Upregulation of β-catenin/CCN1 in hepatocytes around , play certain roles in the development of liver fibrosis .
