目的:本研究旨在通过归纳目前的基于脉搏波的心血管检测方法,为改进已有检测技术、提出一些新的方法及判别指标提供一定的指导作用。方法:对脉搏波分析方法进行整理、总结,分析用时域特征识别计算心血管参数的医疗仪器的优劣,并与基于电路模型的脉搏波分析法作对比,探究各方法的优点和不足。结果:直接由实测脉搏波获得的心血管参数均存在一定的局限性,通过物理电路模型对心血管参数进行检测估计可以实现临床上对各类动脉疾病的直接诊断和心血管系统生理功能状况的综合监测。结论:与脉搏波直接分析法相比,基于模型的心血管参数检测方法具有较大的的优势,可以为基于脉搏波的医学诊断及心血管疾病的研究提供了一种新的思路,具有较好的发展前景。
Objective:The present study intends to summarize the already-existing pulse wave-based testing methods of cardiovascular parameter, and then provide some new methods for improving the test technology.Methods: Making colation and summary on already-existing pulse wave analyze methods, making comparison between them and circuit model-based analyzing methods, exploring the advantages and disadvantages of each methods.Results: cardiovascular parameters obtained through direct measurement of pulse wave stil have some limits. Physical circuit-based test method make it possible to realize the direct diagnosis of al kinds of artery diseases and the comprehensive test of physiological function of cardiovascular system.Conclusion: When compared with direct analysis method of pulse wave,model-based test technology has great advantages. It has a bright future for it provides anew perspective for the medical diagnosis based on pulse wave and the studies on cardiovascular system diseases.
