以"京科甜183"为试材,采用滨海盐碱地大田试验,研究了不同隔离层处理(麦秸隔离层和塑料薄膜隔离层)和不同石膏施用量(0、70、85、100t/hm-2)处理对玉米出苗率、株高和产量的影响。结果表明,滨海盐碱地施用石膏与地下40cm处埋设麦秆隔离层相结合,玉米的出苗率和产量较对照(没有铺设隔离层以及施加石膏)均显著增加了1倍(P〈0.05);与对照相比,滨海盐碱地施用石膏与地下40cm处埋设薄膜隔离层相结合的处理,玉米的出苗率显著增加,但产量增加不显著;在相同的隔离层材料条件下,随着石膏施用量从0t/hm-2增加到100t/hm-2,玉米的出苗率和产量有增加的趋势;整体上,麦秆隔离层处理的株高大于薄膜隔离层处理以及对照,施用石膏处理的株高显著大于未施石膏处理和对照(P〈0.05)。在滨海盐碱地施用石膏100t/hm-2与地下40cm处埋设麦秆隔离层相结合能更好地起到促进玉米生长、提高产量的作用。
The effects of two underground isolation layers(straw isolation layer and plastic film layer)and four gypsum application rates(0,70,85 and 100t/hm2)on germination rate,plant height and yield of corn(Zea mays L.JingKeTian183)were studied in coastal saline area through field experiments.Results indicated that the application of gypsum together with setting straw isolation layers to the depth of 40 cm significantly increased germination rate and corn yield by 100% compared with the control;Whereas,the combined effects of film isolation layer and application of gypsum significantly increased the corn yield compared with the control,but not for the germination rate.Under the same isolation layer,the emergence rate and yield of corn were improved with the increase of gypsum application rates from 0t/hm2 to100t/hm2.Across the four gypsum rates,plant heights with straw isolation layers were significantly higher than those with plastic film and control treatment.Collectively,it is plausible to suggest that the application of gypsum at a rate of 100t/hm2 together with setting straw isolation layers to a depth of 40 cm might be a promising method to increase the plant growth and improve corn yield.
