The Brain-Computer Interface (BCI) is a novel information communication and control technology, which provides a completely new channel between brain and computer and electronic equipments instead of the normal output pathways of peripheral nerves and muscles. The design of BCI using slow cortical potentials (SCPs) was introduced and the simulation model based on Maltlab/Simulink was built. From the off-line result of the experiment, this algorithm has got significant improvement on classification accuracy.
