【目的】探讨阴炎速清洗剂外用结合补益气血、活血祛瘀、清热解毒中药治疗宫颈癌放疗后放射性阴道炎的疗效。【方法】采用随机数字表法将研究对象分为观察组和对照组，每组33例。观察组运用阴炎速清洗剂（由野菊花、大黄、蒲公英、苦参、当归、红花、白鲜皮、土槿皮、鲜艾叶、五倍子等20余味中草药组成）外洗结合中药（基本方：党参、北芪、白术、麦冬、当归、熟地黄、枸杞子、补骨脂、白花蛇舌草、土茯苓、败酱草、甘草等）口服，对照组用高锰酸钾溶液冲洗及甲硝唑片塞阴。治疗半年后，观察2组临床疗效，并随访复查半年。【结果】观察组的总有效率为87．88％，显著高于对照组的66．67％，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01），提示观察组疗效优于对照组。经随访复查半年，2组患者的复发率比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），提示2组患者的复发率相仿。【结论】阴炎速清洗剂外用结合补益气血、活血祛瘀、清热解毒中药口服在治疗放射性阴道炎方面有较好疗效。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of external application of Yinyan Suqing Lotion combined with oral use of Qi-strengthening and blood-activating, heat-clearing and toxicity-removing herbal medicine for the treatment of postradiotherapy radioactive vaginitis in uterine cervix cancer patients. Methods The qualified patients were randomized into observation group and control group according to the random number table, 33 cases in each group. The observation group was given external application of Yinyan Suqing Lotion combined with oral use of herbal medicines of Radix Codonopsis, Radix Astragali, Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae, Radix Ophiopogonis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Rhizoma Rehmanniae Preparata, Frnctus Lycii, Fructus Psoraleae, Herba Hedyotis Diffusae, Rhizoma Smilacis Glabrae, Herba Patriniae, and Radix Glycyrrhizae. Yinyan Suqing Lotion is mainly composed of Flos Chrysanthemi Indici, Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, Herba Taraxaci, Radix Sophorae Flavescentis, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Flos Carthami, Cortex Dictamni, Cortex Pseudolaricis, Fresh Folium Artemisiae Argyi, and Galla Chinensis. The control group vaginal suppository of Metronidazole. The treatment lasted was given washing with liquor potassic permanganate and half a year, and the therapeutic effect was evaluated after treatment. And then the patients were followed up for another half a year. Results The total effective rate was 87.88% in the observation group, higher than 66.67% in the control group, and the difference was significant （P 〈0.01）. The results of follow-up showed that the recurrence rate was insignificant in the two groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）, indicating that the two groups had the similar recurrence rate. Conclusion External application of Yinyan Suqing Lotion combined with oral use of Qi-strengthening and blood-activating, heat-clearing and toxicity- removing herbal medicine exerts certain effect for the treatment of postradiotherapy radioactive vaginitis in uterine cervix cancer patients.
