目的:初步探讨脂多糖(LPS)应激下小鼠巨噬细胞TREM-1的表达。方法:以小鼠巨噬细胞为研究对象,分别加入不同浓度的LPS(0.04、0.2、1、5和25μg/mL)作用后,采用RT-PCR法检测不同时间点LPS应激的巨噬细胞TREM-1mRNA的表达。结果:LPS呈时间依赖性地上调巨噬细胞TREM-1mRNA的表达,且在LPS作用6h达到峰值;LPS呈剂量依赖性地上调巨噬细胞TREM-1mRNA的表达,且在1μg/mL达到峰值。结论:LPS可上调小鼠巨噬细胞TREM-1mRNA的表达。
Objective:To investigate the effect of lipopolysaccharide (LPS) on the expression of TREM-1 in murine mac- rophage. Methods:A series of LPS (0. 04,0.2,1,5 and 25 μg/mL) were added to the murine macrophage, and the ceils were harvested at different time points to obverse the expression of TREM-1 mRNA by RT-PCR. Results: LPS upregulated the expression of TREM-1 mRNA in a time-dependent manner,which reached a peak at 6 h. LPS upregulated the expression of TREM-1 mRNA in a dose-dependent manner, which reached a peak at the concentration of 1 μg/mL. Conclusion: LPS upregulates the expression of TREM-1 in murine macrophage.
