Some new concepts are defined, such as hostile environment, hostile plan and a response planner model that can recognize the hostile plan and produce the relevant counter plan to block the execution of hostile plans, meanwhile active recognition and active defence are achieved, In the conclusion the great value of this model＇s application in network security, business competition and military domains is discussed.
