研究了银灰杨接种外生菌根真菌(Paxillus involutus)对食叶害虫杨扇舟蛾(Clostera anachoreta)生长发育的影响。结果表明,幼虫期取食菌根化杨树叶片,显著降低了低龄期幼虫(2龄和3龄)的头壳和体重并显著延长了幼虫的发育历期,但对高龄期幼虫以及蛹期和成虫期的各项发育指标均无显著影响。因此,菌根化杨树苗抑制了杨扇舟蛾幼虫的发育,幼虫发育历期的延长增加其被天敌昆虫捕食的风险。
