环境和资源的外在约束、制造业和传统服务业升级的内在需求，使现代服务业成为优化经济结构、转变经济增长方式的必然选择。由于产业融合的推动，使得生产性服务业在现代服务业中的地位日益凸显，并在全球迅速崛起。而以创新方式加快我国生产性服务业的发展更是我国目前的当务之急。基于此，文章在全球生产性服务业研究综述的基础上，对我国生产性服务业迅速崛起的动因进行了分析，提出了我国生产性服务业发展的内需型路径和外需型路径，并构建了我国生产性服务业发展的服务外包模式、集聚区模式和外资拉动模式，并培育了相应的发展机制。

英文摘要：

The extrinsic environment and resource constraints, combined with the internal need to upgrade manufacturing industry and traditional services industry, cause modern services industry to he an inevitable choice to optimize economic structure and change the economic growth path. Due to the industry amalgamation, producer services industry becomes more and more important in modern services industry and it develops rapidly. It is urgent for China to develop producer services industry in an innovative way. Based on this idea, the paper studies the routes, modes and mechanism for the rapid development of producer services industry in China.
