用浸渍法混合负载制备了一种分子筛负载复合氧化物催化剂CuO/Bi2O3/ZSM-5,并探讨了催化剂的制备条件与反应条件对催化甲醛乙炔化生成1,4一丁炔二醇反应的催化活性的影响。实验结果表明,CuO/Bi2O3/ZSM-5催化剂用于甲醛乙炔化反应的适宜的反应条件是:常压、363K,催化剂用量为每50mL甲醛溶液(初始浓度为37%)5g催化剂,乙炔空速0.14~0.16s^-1,反应24h。在此条件下,丁炔二醇得率为89%~92%,选择性为96%左右,副产物丙炔醇得率约为2%。
The molecule sieve-support complex oxide (CuO/BizO3/ZSM 5) catalyst was prepared by impregna- tion. The effect of preparation and reaction conditions on ethynylation of formaldehyde was investigated. Results show that under the optimum conditions of reaction temperature 363 K, atmospheric pressure, CuO/Biz 03/ZSM-5 catalyst 5 g per 50 mL formaldehyde solution, space velocity of acetylene 0.14-- 0.16s^1, and reaction time 24 h, the yield and selectivity of butynediol could reach 89%--92% and 96%, respectively, and the yield of byproduct propargyl alcohol is about 2%.
