英文摘要：

Mass entrepreneurship and innovation have currently become a household topic in China since en- trepreneurial talent training, particularly in universities, is targeted as an urgent task. The current study, based on the triple helix theory, discusses the intertwining relationship of this training. We first propose that there must be some problems in such three congruent helices as the government, the industry and the university, and in interact- ing with the other two helices. To solve the problems above, we further establish the university entrepreneurial tal- ent training model for the axis coming ~om the three helices. That is, substantial financial aid from the govern- ment, participating commitment of the enterprise, hands-on experiences from the university faculty are proposed as three essential helices. A formation of the three-helix interactions as the axis is what really matters in university entrepreneurial talent training.
