汽车起重机使用中因起重臂结构失效而导致事故频发,这造成严重经济损失和人员伤亡。因此,提出利用概率-非概率理论和贝叶斯网络对起重臂结构进行可靠性分析,针对起重臂屈曲计算中的区间变量和随机变量,建立概率-非概率混合模型,计算不同条件下臂架发生屈曲失效的概率,利用贝叶斯网络模型计算各失效原因的重要度,最后通过实例分析验证了方法的有效性,为起重臂基于可靠性的设计提供依据。
The accidents of truck crane happen frequently during working because of the structure failure of hoist boom, which result in severe economic loss and casualties. So, the method combining probabilistic and non-probabilistic hybrid reliability theory with Bayesian Network is put forward to analyze the reliability of hoist boom structure. Probabilistie and non- probabilistie hybrid model is built aiming at the interval variables and random variables to calculate the failure probability of boom buckling under different conditions. Bayesian Network model is applied to calculate the importance index of different failure cause. Finally, the validity of the method is verified according to the instance analysis, which can provide evidence for hoist boom design based on reliability.
