PMSM转子初始位置估算的准确程度,直接决定了电机能否起动、电机运行性能好坏以及高性能控制策略能否实现。文中利用注入电机中的高频信号引起PMSMd、q轴磁路饱和程度的差异实现隐极及凸极2种PMSM转子初始位置的检测,同时根据定子铁心的非线性磁化特性,判断永磁体的N/S极极性。有限元仿真和实验验证了该文所提出的方法能准确检测出PMSM转子初始位置,实现电机的可靠起动、运行。
The estimation accuracy of the initial rotor position for a permanent-magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) directly determines whether the motor could be started-up successfully or not, the operation behavior would be better or worse and the high performance control strategy could be realized or not. An initial rotor position inspection scheme was proposed, which utilizes the magnetic saturation difference between the d and q axis caused by high-frequency injection signal excitation, and the N/S polarity determination, based on the non-linear magnetizing characteristics of stator core, was suggested as well. FEA and experimental results verified that the proposed approach in the paper was capable of realizing the inspection of initial rotor position for any type of PMSM reliably and, consequently, starting-up the motor smoothly and successfully.
