以王洼二矿115031工作面大断面回采巷道为工程背景,通过现场调查、实验室试验、围岩稳定性理论分析[1-4]以及FLAC3D数值模拟[5]情况,对王洼二矿大断面煤巷支护现状进行分析,总结围岩失稳[6-7]原因。并根据巷道破坏特点,提出了适用于大断面巷道的锚网索带耦合强化支护技术。工程实践表明,采用锚网索带耦合强化支护技术,有效解决了大断面煤巷围岩变性破坏的支护问题。
Based on large section mining roadway of working face in Wangwa Second Mine, the large section roadway supporting of Wangwa Second Mine was analyzed and the reason of unstable surrounding rock was summarized in this paper through field investigation, laboratory test, theoretical analysis of stability of surrounding rock and numerical simulation of FLAC3 D. The supporting technology of anchor wire rope coupling strengthening applied to large section roadway was given according to destruction features of roadway. The project practice showed that the supporting problem of degeneration of surrounding rock damage in large section roadway was efficiently solved with the help of supporting technology of anchor wire rope coupling strengthening.
