化学镀镍前处理工艺中的粗化工艺在化学镀镍过程中具有重要作用.研究了粗化方式对PZT陶瓷表面化学镀镍层性能的影响以确定锆钛酸铅(PZT)陶瓷化学镀镍的最佳化学粗化工艺.实验以PZT陶瓷为基体,采用5种粗化方式进行粗化处理,在低温碱性镀液中施镀,获得Ni-P合金镀层.通过镀层外观(完整度、均匀度、光亮度)检测,镀层与基体间结合力、镀速、镀层耐腐蚀性、表面形貌(SEM)、元素组成以及物相结构(XRD)测试,对5种粗化方式进行了比较.结果表明,氢氧化钠加乙二胺(NaOH-C2H8N2)体系是最适合PZT 陶瓷化学镀镍的化学粗化工艺.粗化工艺配方为质量分数30% 的NaOH,时间30min,温度30℃,添加30mL/L的C2H8N2.
The coarsening process,as the one link in the pretreatment of electroless nickel plating,was extreme-ly vital to the electroless nickel plating process.In order to identify the suitable coarsening way for the lead zir-conate titanate (PZT)ceramics,the effect of the roughening process on the deposition performance was stud-ied.In this paper,the PZT ceramics were used as substrate,subj ected to rough by five coarsening methods. Ultimately,the nickel deposition on the surface of the PZT ceramics was obtained from alkaline electroless nickel plating solutions at low temperature.A direct comparison between the five types of rough solutions was presented by the analysis of coating appearance test(integrity,uniform,brightness),adhesion force,deposition rate,the corrosion resistance,scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction technique(XRD),and the most effective coarsening way for electroless nickel plating on the surface of the PZT ceramics was deter-mined:30% of the mass fraction of sodium hydroxide,30 min of roughening time,30 ℃ of roughening temper-ature,and the concentration of ethylene diamine was 30 mL/L.
