本文的主要目的是回顾商务话语研究的现状,并指出其未来的发展方向。文章首先给商务话语明确了较为宽泛的定义,然后详细讨论了在商务语境中运用的8种话语分析法,即:会话分析法、民族志为基础的话语分析法、多模态的话语分析法、语料库为基础的话语分析法、体裁分析法、批评话语分析法、中介话语分析法和多元文化话语分析法。最后,本文提出未来商务话语研究的3个发展趋势,即不同的学派取长补短、互相补充,更加注重实地调查,更加注重"全球本土化"的视角。
The article aims to review the current researches on business discourses and discuss the directions for future development. It first provides a broad definition of business discourse and then illustrates eight discourse approaches widely used in the business context: namely, Conversational Analysis, Ethnographic-based Discourse Analysis, Corpus-based Discourse Analysis, Multi-modal Discourse Analysis, Genre Analysis, Critical Discourse Analysis, Mediated Discourse Analysis, and Multi-cultural Discourse Analysis. It finally suggests three directions for further development, i.e. the complementarities of different approaches, more emphasis on the field-work research and more emphasis on a "glocalization" perspective.
