As one of the most influential factions to address climate change in the world, BASIC countries are playing important role in climate change negotiations. Limiting dangerous anthropogenie interference with the climate system by curbing the emissions of＂ greenhouse gases to ~evels that prevent an unacceptable increase in global temperatures appears is a preeminent global issue. Through analyzing the conditions to address climate change from development stage, resource endowments and technical level, it is to provide equitable access to sustainable development in developing coutries.
