目的检测NIMA相关激酶Nek2在消化系统肿瘤中的表达。方法对由11例消化系统正常组织及37例肿瘤组织制成的96个点的组织芯片,采用免疫组化方法,检测Nek2在不同组织中的表达。结果 Nek2在消化系统肿瘤胞核和(或)胞浆表达普遍增高。在37例消化系统肿瘤组织中,Nek2在细胞核中高表达率为43.2%,而正常组织只有9.1%,两者差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。Nek2在肿瘤组织胞浆中高表达率为56.8%,明显高于正常组织的0.0%(P〈0.05)。结论 Nek2在消化系统肿瘤中表达普遍上调,可能成为一个鉴别肿瘤与正常组织的有价值的分子标记物。
Objective To investigate the expression of Nek2 in digestive system neoplasms.Methods Immunohistochemistry was applied for assessment of expression of Nek2 in the tissue microarray on 11 samples of normal digestive system tissues and 37 ones of malignant tissues.Results Significant nuclear and cytoplasmic up-regulation of Nek2 was observed in neoplasm samples(43.2% vs 9.1% and 56.8% vs 0.0%,respectively,P 0.05).Conclusion Nek2 is up-regulated in digestive system neoplasms,suggesting a potential tumor biomarker.
