采用特殊液相沉淀法制备了掺杂纳米二氧化钛粉体,通过TG-DTA对其前驱体进行分析,用XRD和TEM对其进行表征。用它做催化剂在日光作用下对亚甲基蓝进行了光催化实验,研究了掺杂量对光催化性能的影响,结果表明掺铁纳米二氧化钛比纯二氧化钛光催化效果好。其中掺铁1.25%的纳米二氧化钛在焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间30 min时效果最佳,最多比纯二氧化钛的降解率提高47%。
Nanometer titanium dioxide was prepared by liquid-phase precipitation method, and it was characterized with XRD and TEM. The catalysis-degeneration experiments were also carried on, in which the titanium dioxide was adopted as the catalysis. The photochemical catalysis,active influence of the doping quantity was studied. The results indicate that the nanometer titanium dioxide which is mixed with Iron is better than the pure titanium dioxide in photochemical catalysis activeness, the product of nanometer titanium dioxide which is mixed with 1.25 % iron and is roasted 30 min in 600 ℃ is best in catalysis effect.
