基于对两齿差外啮合双联行星齿轮传动的特点及失效形式的分析与研究,针对现有结构形式,提出了一种新的两齿差外啮合双联行星齿轮传动结构和啮合参数优化方法,基本满足滑动系数相等的要求,能有效地提高相啮合齿轮间的啮合性能与寿命。
Based on analyzing and researching on the structural features and failure mode of a two teeth difference outer mesh planetary gear transmission,according to the existing traditional structure form,a new method to optimize the structure and parameters of the two- tooth difference external meshing duplex planetary gear transmission is proposed,it is basically meet the requirements of equal sliding coefficient,the meshing performance and life between meshing gears could be improved effectively.
