The paper uses ZongShen company and HuangHe company as examples, and analyzes two listed family business management mode change process and its effects on agency costs. Through case study, the paper be- lieves that, 'Incremental Change' helps family business change management mode, and it needs coordination of governance mechanism and compensation mechanism.
