为了研究有压泄洪洞闸室段设中隔墩后的绕流空化问题,通过减压模型试验,对3种不同体型中隔墩的水流空化特性进行了对比研究,试验测量了中隔墩头部上方及侧面的水流噪声,采用目测法、最大声压级差法、噪声能量比值法对其空化特性进行了综合分析。试验结果表明,在有压泄洪洞里,3种中隔墩体型都没有发生明显空化,且椭圆形头部最优,依次为尖形、半圆形;中隔墩头部较中部、尾部易于发生空化。此成果对类似工程的优化设计有参考意义。
The cavitation characteristics of the middle-piers in discharge tunnels with pressure are experimentally investigated in the vacuum tank,under different conditions with three head shapes of middle-piers and three discharges.A comprehensive analysis of cavitation characteristics is performed in three ways:visual observation method,maximum sound pressure level(SPL) differences method and noise energy ratio method.The results show that there is no cavitation occurring for the three shapes of middle-piers,and the elliptical head of the middle-pier is optimal,and the semi-circular one is worse.Cavitation takes place easily at the head of the middle-pier,compared with the middle part and the tail part.
