为解决直接利用发明问题解决理论确定产品技术冲突的困难,提出一种利用约束理论中改进的当前实现树来确定技术冲突的方法。在逻辑推理中引入逻辑正/负相关的概念,识别出当前实现树中技术冲突的存在形式,为后续利用发明问题解决理论工具求解冲突提供了技术支持。提出了一种改进当前实现树构建数据结构的邻接参数矩阵和进行技术冲突深度优先搜索的算法。利用MATLAB用户图形界面模块,实现了技术冲突深度优先搜索算法的可视化操作,并将上述方法及程序应用于紫外光油烟净化机技术冲突问题的确定与求解,获得了较好的效果。通过工程实例验证了所改进的当前实现树模型用于产品创新设计的可行性。
It was difficult to define technological contradictions by using Technological Theory of Inventive Problem Resolving (TRIZ). An improved Current Reality Tree (CRT) in Theory of Constrains (TOC) was put forward to define technological contradictions. By introducing conceptions of the logic Positive/Negative correlation into logic reasoning and recognizing forms of technological contradictions in CRT, it provided technological support to resolve conflicts using TRIZ. An Adjacency-Parameter Matrix was constructed on data structures of improved Current Real ity Tree and Algorithm for Depth First Technical-Conflict Searching AIX2S was proposed. Visual operations of ADCS were realized using MATLAB GUI module. Above-mentioned methods and procedures were used in the Technical-Conflict determination and solution of Ultraviolet Cooking Oil Smoke Purifier with satisfactory results. It was proved that the improved CRT models was feasible and practical for product innovative design.
