黄河上游宁蒙河段地处黄河流域最北端,受水力、热力及河道形态等诸多自然、人为因素综合影响,凌情演变复杂多变。从微观到宏观、横向到纵向对宁蒙河段凌情过程进行了深入分析,根据宁蒙河段凌期行流特点拟定了青铜峡水库理想下泄过程,采用历史实际凌灾发生情况和青铜峡水库下泄过程对理想下泄过程进行检验,结果表明,结合凌汛期温度变化过程控制青铜峡下泄流量,能够减小凌灾发生的几率。
The ice run flooding of the Ning xia-Inner Mongolia reach of the north of the Yellow River is affected by many natural and man-made factors such as hydro, thermal force and channel morphology and so on, and is thus much complex and changeable. In this paper, the ice flood process in Ningxia-Inner Mongolia reach was studied deeply, from micro to macro, and transverse to longitudinal views. The ideal discharge process of Qingtongxia reservoir was mapped out by flow characteristics. Then the ideal discharge process was tested by historical actual ice run disasters. Results show that, combined with process of temperature changes in the ice flood season, the probability of the ice disasters could be reduced by controlling the discharge process of Qingtongxia reservoir.
