增速传动动态特性差,易发生拍击振动现象.在齿轮传动中,中心距是影响拍击振动的重要参数之一.提出了拍击振动研究中,即时刚度及阻尼的计算方法,该方法通过判断齿轮在不同中心距下的实际啮合情况来确定即时刚度及阻尼.基于即时刚度及阻尼,提出了拍击振动相对速度的计算方法.针对拍击振动的相对速度这个重要参数,对拍击振动进行了数值计算和实验分析,研究了在增速传动的加速过程中,中心距对于拍击振动剧烈程度的影响.实验和数值计算结果表明,随着中心距的增大,拍击振动相对速度振幅加大,拍击振动更剧烈.
The dynamic characteristic of gearing-up is easy to rattle.In gear system,center distance is one of the important parameters affecting gear rattle.A method to calculate the instant stiffness and damping coefficient is proposed here,which determines the instant stiffness and damping coefficient with the actual meshing state under different center distances.Based on the instant stiffness and damping coefficient,a way for gear rattle simulation is proposed,which combines the model of gear rattle with the actual motion of gears.Aiming at the relative velocity,which is one of the most important parameters,computational simulation and experimental verification is finished about the influence of different center distances on gear rattle during the process of acceleration under gearing-up.The experiment and simulation results show that with the center distance growing,the amplitude of relative velocity of gear rattle increases,which indicates severer gear rattle.
