本文研究了单模腔场中相互作用的双能级原子在非旋转波近似下的量子相变,在热力学极限下,利用平均场近似得到系统的约化基态能量,再通过约化基态能量及相稳定条件得到正常相与超辐射相的相边界.在相变讨论的基础上进一步计算得到了任意两原子间的量子关联和经典关联,讨论了这些关联与相变间的关系.
The quantum phase transition of the coupled atoms in a single mode cavity were investigated without the rotating-wave approximation. In the thermodynamic limit,the scaled ground state energy was obtained by using of mean-field approach. The normal-superradiant phase boundary was obtained by minimizing the scaled ground state energy and the phase stability condition. Further,the ground state quantum discord and classical correlation were also obtained,and was found to closely relate to the phase transiton.
