通过土壤微生物的分离筛选获得有效控制黄瓜白粉病的生防菌株,再通过孢子萌发抑制试验、温室盆栽苗药效试验,田间防病试验共筛选到4株编号为H2、H1、H3和H7的菌株对黄瓜白粉病防效显著。结果表明:其防治效果分别为91.25%、87.77%、82.7%和75.29%。对该4株生防细菌的防病机理初步研究证明,它们的胞外代谢产物具有防病作用。
Through inhibiting spore germination experiment,potted plant disease control experiment in greenhouse,control efficacy in field,three isolates(coded H2,H1,H3,H7) were screened with significant control efficacy against cucumber powdery mildew.The results showed that their control efficacy were 91.25%,87.77%,82.7%,75.29% respectively.The preliminary study of biocontrol mechanism on biocontrol agents proved that their extra cellular metabolites played the role of controlling disease.
