In order to make up for the low accuracy of the assessment of urban natural disaster emergency rescue capacity under the administrative district scale, this paper proposes the assessment methods based on the grid scale. The grid has the display form of raster data and vector data. Through the data grid, the vector data is more detailed, so that it can improve the evaluation accuracy. The assessment of urban natural disaster emergency rescue capability under the grid scale is realized, hoping to provide services for the urban natural disaster emergency rescue work.
