英文摘要：

National archives consist of original valuable records which come from minority regime, social organization, clans and individuals in social and historical development processes. Taking as example the book ＂ Qingshui Jiang Contract＂ in Southeast Guizhou,the impacts on related disciplines of colleges and universities in Guizhou are gnalyzed. This paper analyses the supporting and promoting of ＂Qingshui Jiang Contract＂ on nationality,legal science and agriculture and forestry economics. Correlation analyses are showed that national archives, as a kind of special archive, construct the rich material foundation for construction and development of characteristic disciplines and play an irreplaceable role in promoting national science level in national local colleges and universities.
