在相关理论研究的基础上,从职业发展的广义角度出发,通过问卷调查收集数据,用探索性和验证性因子分析的方法,探索并验证了我国文化背景下职业高原的并列四维度结构模型,包括需求满足高原,职位发展高原,工作心态高原和技能信心高原。采用结构方程技术对调查数据进行分析,发现职业高原会导致离职倾向的增加和工作满意度降低,工作满意度对职业高原与离职倾向的关系起到部分中介作用。
From a general point view,this paper gives a new definition of career plateau,and explores and confirms structure dimensions of career plateau,using exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis.The result shows four-dimension structure model of structure dimensions of career plateau including demand satisfaction plateau,position development plateau,work attitude plateau and skill confidence plateau.The data collected through the questionnaire survey is analyzed by structural equation model,and result shows that career plateau has significant positive relationship with turnover intention,significant negative relationship with job satisfaction,and job satisfaction partly mediates the relationship between career plateau and turnover intention.
