通过非等温示差量热扫描仪(DSC)研究了苯并噁嗪/核壳橡胶(Ba/CSR)体系动态固化行为。利用Kissinger、Ozawa和Crane法研究了固化反应动力学,求得固化反应的动力学参数。结果表明,复合体系的平均活化能为101.1kJ·mol^-1,反应级数为0.98,凝胶和固化温度分别为205.1℃、239.3℃,确定固化工艺为210℃/2h+230℃/2h。在该固化条件下固化后材料脆断断面扫描电子显微镜(SEM)表明制备得到CSR呈纳米级均匀分散的复合材料。
Dynamic curing behaviors of benzoxazine/core-shell rubber composites were studied by non-isothermal differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The curing reaction kinetics and kinetics parameters were obtained utilizing Kissinger, Ozawa, and Crane methods. The result showed that the average activation energy was 101. 1 kJ · mol^- 1, reaction order was 0. 98, gel and curing temperature was 205. 1 ℃ and 239. 3 ℃, respectively. The curing technology was 210 ℃ /2 h+230 ℃/2 h. The scanning electron microscope (SEM) confirmed the well dispersion of nano CSR in cured composite matrix with the curing technology.
