以柠檬桉叶油为起始原料,采用盐酸脱铝一碱金属与碱土金属离子交换制备了改性BEA沸石催化剂.以上述改性BEA沸石为催化剂、以异丙醇为氢源,通过脱铝-离子交换改性沸石Zr-BEA进行MPV反应将柠檬桉叶油中主要成分香茅醛合成香茅醇,再将香茅醇从产物中减压分馏出来,进一步提纯及干燥得到含有少量杂质的香茅醇.
