根据此前网络交互能力的概念和维度,结合实地访谈的结果,以图书馆与读者在网络环境下的沟通与互动为研究情境,开发和检验网络交互能力的量表。该量表是一个由交互导向、IT技术能力、IT人员能力和网络交互技术运用能力等4个维度组合而成的构成性量表,但是每一维度又是一个多题项的反映性量表。通过对126份调查数据的统计分析,本文检验了这一量表。检验结果显示,这一量表具有良好的信度、表面效度、内容效度、收敛效度、判别效度和工具效度。这为今后探讨网络交互能力的前因、后果以及形成机制打下了良好的基础。
This study aims to develop and test a scale of internet interactive capability(IIC) in the context of communications and interactions between libraries and their readers. The scale of IIC is a formative scale composed of four dimensions, namely interactive orientation, IT technical capability, IT personnel capability, and capability of using internet interactive technologies, with each of the dimensions being a multiple-item reflective scale. By analyzing a survey data collected from 126 libraries, this paper tests the scale and provides the scale with evidence of reliability, face validity, content validity, convergent validity, discriminant validity, and nomological validity. This scale may serve as a basis for future studies on the antecedents, consequences and formation mechanism of IICs.
