针对有机材料热老化评价问题,利用二次谐波非线性效应对有机材料热老化进行检测试验研究.在考虑基波与二次谐波幅值随频率变化的基础上,提出了一种非线性损伤因子,并将其应用于有机材料热老化损伤评价.对不同热老化有机材料试件进行了非线性超声检测试验.研究发现:随着热老化时间的增加,其非线性损伤因子呈衰减趋势.因此,提出的非线性损伤因子可用于有机材料热老化损伤评价.
Aiming at the problem of thermal aging of organic materials, a thermal aging detection method for organic materials based on the second harmonic nonlinearity effect was developed. Considering that the amplitudes of the fundamental harmonic and the second harmonic are both changed with the frequency, a nonlinear damage factor used for the thermal aging damage assessment of the organic materials was proposed. Simultaneously, the nonlinear damage factor decays with the increase of the thermal aging time that was discovered by nonlinear ultrasonic detection. Therefore, the nonlinear damage factor can be used in the thermal aging damage assessment of organic materials.
