南水北调东线调水成败关键在于治污,东线江苏段是南水北调东线的源头和调水干线,水质达标十分重要。在东线江苏段治污工程起步阶段,水质基本处于Ⅳ类以下,随着东线江苏段治污工程的实施,水污染治理取得很大成效。针对治污的问题和任务,总结凝练东线江苏段治污工作中基于“治污顶层设计、治污技术集成、管理系统建设”的三位一体治污综合创新体系,对巩固东线江苏段已有治污成果,进一步深化治污思路和治污工作,具有示范和标杆作用,可有效保障江苏段输水干线全面实现水质达标的目标。
Pollution control is the key to success in the east route of South-to-North water diversion project,and Jiangsu section is its source as well as trunk line. It is very important to reach the water quality standard. In the initial stage of the project,the water quality of the Jiangsu section of east rout was basically in Class IV or worse. Aiming at pollution treating tasks and problems,this paper summarized an innovation trinity and comprehensive pollution control system,based on“pollution treatment overall design,pollution treatment technology integration,management system construction”,which would be a demonstration and benchmark for consolidating the existing sewage treatment achievement,as well as further idea of pollution treatment,and guaranteed the Jiangsu section overall reaching the water quality standard effectively.
