提出一种考虑铁损的超高速永磁同步电机(PMSM)无传感器控制策略,通过重构PMSM铁损动态模型,以解决传统无传感器控制方法在电机高速运行时存在的转子位置估测误差大和定子电压易饱和问题:通过有限元软件对铁损电阻进行分析,评测铁心损耗对转子估测误差的影响,建立包含铁损电阻的扩展电动势观测器。同时,所提方法具有一定的弱磁能力,可提高电机的最大运行速度。最后,与传统无传感器控制方法的仿真实验对比验证了所提方法的可行性和有效性。
A sensorless control strategy of permanent magnet synchronous motor(PMSM) which takes iron loss into account is proposed.Since the iron loss is not reflected in the conventional sensorless,the estimation error grows as the speed increases to high speed range and the stator voltage is easy to be saturation, so a new model including iron loss is reconstructed.The finite element software is used to analyze the iron loss resistor,and its effect on estimation accuracy is also discussed.Then a extended electromotive force observer involving iron loss is established.Meanwhile, the proposed method can extend the speed range.Finally ,the compared results with conventional sensorless method show the feasibility and validity of the proposed strategy.
