The flipped classroom of college English listening and speaking lessons has two features involving students learning and courses specialty. In the digital times,the flipped classroom inverts original teaching procedure,so does teacher's orientation. It warns us that in new times,college English teachers' orientation and realization should be mentioned considering inner and outer conditions to orientate so as to cultivate compound talents.
