在叉流除湿装置实验测试和理论建模的基础上,综合考虑压降损失和热质交换效果两方面因素,提出了叉流除湿模块尺寸的优化方法,并通过优化分析给出了该模块的优化尺寸。对于设计风量为3600m^3/h的除湿模块,原有的模块尺寸为500×500×1200mm^3,优化后的除湿模块尺寸为650×310×1050mm^3。优化后模块的热质交换效果与原有模块相同,但体积为原有模块体积的70%,压降仅为原有模块的49%。
Based on the experimental test and theoretical model of the cross-flow dehumidifier using liquid desiccant, optimization method was proposed for cross-flow dehumidifier, considering pressure drop and the combination of heat and mass transfer performances at the same time. The results showed that the optimizing dimensions of the cross-flow dehumidifier before and after optimization are 500 × 500 × 1200mm^3 and 650 × 310 ×1050mm^3, respectively for the air flow rate of 3600m^3/h, Good performance was realized for the optimized cross-flow dehumidifier. Compared to the original dehumidification module, the volume decreases to 70% and pressure drop decreases to 49%, while the enthalpy and moisture effieieneies are almost the same.
