为了研究不同抗冲切键在钢筋混凝土板柱节点的受冲切性能,对配置普通箍筋(试件GB)、U型箍筋(试件UB)和抗剪锚栓(试件MB)3种类型抗冲切键的钢筋混凝土板柱节点进行试验。通过对破坏形态、极限承载力、变形、混凝土和钢筋应变及抗冲切键的应变分析,结果表明:3类试件冲切锥斜截面坡度分别为20°(试件GB)、27°(试件UB)和12°(试件MB),配置锚栓试件的极限承载力和延性都有提高;3类试件均表现为脆性破坏形态,虽然试件UB在承载力方面优于试件GB,提高幅度达到9%,但是挠度提高仅为6.6%,且破坏形态没有发生变化,与试件GB相比,试件MB不仅承载能力提高了11.5%,而且变形能力改善更为明显,提高幅度达到42.9%,在失效前由呈现无任何征兆的脆性破坏转为具有一定延性的破坏形式;3类试件中抗冲切键均起到限制裂缝开展的目的,与试件GB不同,试件UB和试件MB距柱头前两排抗冲切键承担的荷载更多,限制裂缝开展更加有效。
The punching shear performance of different punching shear keys in reinforced concrete slab-column connection was researched. A series of tests were performed on reinforced concrete slab-column connection with ordinary stirrup (specimen GB) , U-shaped stirrup ( specimen UB) and shear stud ( specimen MB). Based on the analysis of failure mode, ultimate bearing capacity, deformation, RC strain and punching shear keys' strain, the results showed that the inclined section angles of three specimens' punching shear cone were 20° ( specimen GB) , 27°( specimen UB) and 12°(specimen MB). The ultimate bearing capacity and ductility of specimen with punching shear stud were improved. The failure mode of three specimens was brittle. The bearing capacity value of specimen UB was 9% higher than specimen GB, but the deflection value was only 6. 6% higher. The failure modes were almost same. Compared with specimen GB, the bearing capacity value of specimen MB was 11.5% higher and deflection value was 42.9% higher. Before fracture specimen MB had certain ductility destruction characteristic. The cracks were restricted by using punching shear keys in three specimens. Compared with specimen GB, the punching shear keys at the first two rows of the column cap of specimen UB and specimen MB loaded more, and limited cracks development effectively.
