近年来,肿瘤迁移与微环境的关系已经成为研究热点。众多研究表明通过调节肿瘤微环境可抑制肿瘤的迁移。新近研究表明,类趋化因子受体CMLR1(又称为ChemR23)及其配体介导的信号转导和细胞间相互作用在肿瘤微环境的调节中发挥重要作用。因此,ChemR23及其信号通路可能成为肿瘤防治的一个新靶点。
Recently,the relationship of the microenvironment and the tumor metastasis has become a new research focus.Multiple evidences reveal that the regulations of the tumor microenvironment enable the inhibition of metastasis,advanced research suggest that the chemokine-like receptor 1(CMLR1 also ChemR23)and its ligands in signal transduction and cell-cell interaction in the regulations of the tumor microenvironment play an important role.Therefore,ChemR23 and its signal pathway might be a new target for cancer therapy.
