This paper studies the new features of urban housing market in the new normal, analyzes the new tendency of vulnerable populations the urban housing market, and examines the significance of security housing on the macroeconomic regulation and control.This paper argues that under the new normal, security housing should be focusing on the immigrant population target groups, to meet the need of stability, decent living property rights housing is given priority to, the central government should become the main body of public support for security housing, to implement demand supply and differentiation, diversified supply patterns.
