镰刀菌属真菌能产生多种色素,色素功能具有多样性。为充分挖掘镰刀菌属的色素资源,研究了温度、光照条件和培养基pH值3种因素对非致病尖孢镰刀菌1262菌株和尖孢镰刀菌粘团专化型1号生理小种Foc-am菌株产色素的影响。结果显示,在pH〈7的培养基上培养时,1262菌株可产生紫红色色素,在pH〉7的培养基上培养时,1262菌株产生少量或者不产生色素。培养温度和光照条件对1262菌株色素的产生影响不大;尖孢镰刀菌甘蓝专化型菌株Foc-am,黑暗条件下不产生色素,光照下可产生橙色色素,而培养基的pH值和温度对其色素的产生影响不大。结果说明,尖孢镰刀菌的不同种产色素条件有差异,改变培养条件可使不产色素的镰刀菌产生色素,这为寻找新的色素提供了思路。
The genus Fusarium are capable of producing many kinds of pigments with different of functions. To explore the resources of natural pigments of the genus Fusarium, the effects of light, different temperature and pH on the production of pigment from two isolates of Fusarium oxysporum cultured on PDA medium were investigated. The results were different between the nonpathogenic Fusarium oxysporum isolate 1262 and the Fusadum oxysporum f. sp. Conglutinans isolate Foc-am. The isolate of 1262 produced purple pigment when the medium of pH 〈7. When the medium pH 〉7, it produced a small amount of pigment or no pigment. The light and culture temperature were irrelevant to its pigment production. As to Foc-am, it produced orange pigment in light. And culturing temperature and the medium pH showed irrelevant to its pigment production. The result shows that the ambient conditions for produce pigments of the two isolates ofFusarium oxysporum are different, and by changing the ambient conditions to make the Fusarium oxysporum which is normally unable to produce pigment produce pigment give us a new method to explore new resources of natural pigments.
