采用热分解法制备了IrO2/Ti、IrCoOx/Ti、IrTaOx/Ti涂层,通过XRD、SEM分析了这3种涂层的组织结构和形貌特征,用循环伏安及强化寿命测试研究了这3种涂层的电催化活性及稳定性。结果表明,这3种涂层各自具有其独特的表面形貌,钴和钽的添加均能提高铱系涂层的电催化活性,而Ir—Ta涂层的稳定性最好,强化寿命最长,Ir—Co涂层次之,纯Ir涂层最差。
The coatings of IrO2 ,IrCoOx, IrTaOx were prepared by thermal decomposition method on titanium. The surface morphology,microstructure of the coatings were analyzed with SEM ,XRD. The electrocatalytic activity and electrochemical stability of the coatings were investigated by cyclic voltammetry test and accelerating-life test. The results show that those three coatings have their own surface morphology, the electrocatalytic activity of the coating can be improved by adding Co or Ta. The coating of the Ir-Ta has the longest service life ,the next is the Ir-Co coating and the worst is the Ir coating.
