以Andreasen方程为理论基础,通过测定不同颗粒级配浇注料的流动性及物理性能,研究了颗粒尺寸分布对浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:颗粒尺寸分布的不同会影响浇注料的流动性,合理的颗粒尺寸分布能改善浇注料的流动性,同时降低了浇注料的加水量。颗粒尺寸分布的不同还对耐火浇注料的常温物理性能有很大的影响;只有采用合理的颗粒级配才能生产出性能优良的耐火浇注料。证明了采用颗粒尺寸分布模型设计浇注料的颗粒级配是非常有效的方法。
Using Andreasen equation as the theories foundation, through the measurement of flow and properties of castable with different grain, the influence of grain size distribute to the performances of tastable was studied. Results show that the different distribution of grain size will affect the flow of tastable, and the reasonable grain size distribution can improve the flow, and decrease the amount of adding water at the same time. Besides, the different grain size distributions will effect greatly on room temperature physical properties of tastable. Only the reasonable grain match is adopted, excellent tastable can be produced, which proves it is valid method to design the castable's grain match by adopting the grain size distribution model.
