Mechanical,thermal and electricity properties of graphene are described.Preparation methods of graphene are mainly： mechanical exfoliation method,heat method of SiC,graphite intercalation method,arc discharge method,chemical vapor deposition method,solvent exfoliation method and solvothermal method,etc.The characteristics and existential problems of above mentioned preparation methods are analyzed.Finally,several characterization methods of graphene are summarized,and the future development of graphene is also mentioned.
