针对目前我国多数大型锻件生产现场环境恶劣,锻件测量技术落后,多采用手工测量,测量误差较大的现状,分析了基于双CCD器件尺寸测量的原理,提出了一种运用图像处理技术、对极线校正技术的圆筒型热态锻件非接触测量方案,运用VC++,Matlab等工具编写测量系统软件,并对该测量方案进行了误差分析。实验结果表明:该方案价格低廉,操作简单,适应性广,测量结果能达到实际要求。
In our country, the measurement technology of forging parts in most of forging plants is poorly developed, its measurement environments are harmful, and the artificial measurements cause great errors. A non-contact dimensional measurement scheme is proposed using image process technology and epipolar rectification technology. The principle of size measurement based on binocular CCD is analyzed. The software system is written by VC + + and Matlab,and the error produced in this scheme is analyzed. The experimental results show that this sheme has advantage of cheap, easy to use, wide adaptability. The measurement results can fulfill the actual requirements.
