以丙烯酸硅油、纳米TiO2、丙烯酸、丙烯酸甲酯和甲基丙烯酸酯为原料,以OP-10,十二烷基苯磺酸钠作复合乳化剂,过硫酸铵作引发剂,合成聚硅氧烷乳液.通过改变丙烯酸硅油、过硫酸铵等反应物料配比以及反应温度等,探讨不同条件对合成反应及乳液性能的影响.采用红外光谱对合成产物进行了表征.乳液粒度,稳定性分析结果表明:过硫酸铵用量为4.1%,反应温度为75-80,丙烯酸硅油的用量为8%时,种子乳液滴加法下丙烯酸硅油与丙烯酸酯类单体聚合形成的聚硅氧烷乳液,平均粒径小,凝胶量少,稳定性最好.
Starting from acrylic silicone oil, crylic acid, methyl acrylate and methacrylate, polysiloxane emulsion is synthesized with OP-IO, sodium dodecyl benzene sulfonate as compound emulsifier, and am- monium persulfate as the initiator. Different reaction conditions such reactant ratio, reaction temperature affected the emulsion properties is discussed. The structure of the product was identified by FT--IR spec- trum. The result of stability of the emulsion particle size reveals that when the dosages of ammonium persulfate and acrylic silicone was 4.1% and 8M respectively, reaction temperature was 75-80 ℃, the polysiloxane emulsion that seed polymerization by scrylic silicone oil and acrylate has small average particle size, little gel quantity and best stability.
