针对闭环供应链中缺陷品返工和回收品再制造所引起的系统的无序性,利用热力学定律对无序性所引起的管理成本进行量化,建立了传统的闭环供应链联合批量模型及基于热力学定律的联合批量模型,并优化得出最优的批量策略。通过仿真应用分析得出,应该采取较大的批量策略来减少无序成本的影响。
This paper quantifies the management cost caused by the disorder from defects reworking and returned goods remanufacturing in a closed-loop supply chain using thermodynamics laws, and constructs a joint batching and thermodynamics model for a traditional closed-loop supply chain. The optimal batching strategy is obtained by solving the model. To reduce the disorder cost, large batch strategy should be adopted based on simulation results and the analysis.
