Therefore, it can get very good application and promotion in the industrial development, aviation and atomic. In the paper, through the sampling of pipeline weld material of a Petrochemical Industries Co tower bottom pump for the detection, it introduce the process operation specific process, and carries on the analysis to the test data of sampling, which can test finally effective inspection and sampling material surface cracks, cracks and other defects .In the end ,it can do to prevent accidents.
